What Customer Service Means to Us

You won't find us mumbling under our breath from beneath your car. We understand the value of customer service, and we'll treat you like the respected customers you are! We know that if you're bringing your vehicle to us, there's a good chance it's been damaged- and that's a stressful situation in itself. We won't make it worse, we promise.

  • We'll always plainly explain what's going on with your vehicle. It's our job to worry about the fancy industry terminology, not yours!
  • We'll hand you a piece of paper with details about your vehicle- and then we'll talk about them.
  • You have questions about your vehicle? No problem, we'll make time to answer them. Coffee?
  • We'll look you in the eye, talk to you rather than at you, and top it all off with a firm handshake.
  • We know it's expected of us, but we'll work extra hard to have your vehicle back to you in the timeliest manner possible. We hate being waited on.
  • We'll make sure we've worked every angle of a problem. We often bounce ideas off one another to cover more ground, because we want to give you the most thorough report possible.
  • We won't make promises we can't keep. If we say your vehicle will be done by 2, it will be. (And if for some reason things don't go according to plan, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.)

We agree with Roger. We want nothing more than for you to walk away happy with our work, and we're willing to go above and beyond to make sure that happens. If finding the problem with your vehicle means spending an extra 20 minutes looking for it, you better believe that's 20 minutes we'll spend under the hood (or in the trunk, or behind a dent... you get the idea!).

Of course, you're more than welcome to tell us how we've done on your vehicle. We hope it's a good report, but in the event you're not 100% satisfied, we want to know about that, too. We take constructive criticism very well- we want to make sure you're happy! After all, that's what customer service is all about, right?

On top of our ASE certification status that we maintain like it's our livelihood, we also review each other internally to make sure we're doing the best job possible.
