Do I have the right to choose my repair shop even if my insurance company is paying for the repair?
It is a common notion that you are required to get more than one estimate when seeking repair work. This is not the case. You are free to choose any reputable repair provider you wish. It is our job to provide you with a damage report and estimated costs. But with today's complex vehicles, there may be hidden damage. That's why most vehicles are repaired on an open contract basis between the repair facility and the insurance company. We work closely with your insurance company to satisfy the terms of your policy while making certain YOU are satisfied with the work that is done!

Do I need to get three estimates?
No, there is no law requiring three estimates. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the repair facility of your choice.

If you are dealing with a private party or an insurance company that does not have a local office, it may expedite your repair /claims process to obtain two estimates. Do not obtain an estimate from any collision repair service that you would NOT want to repair your vehicle.

Can Auto Masters arrange for a rental car?
At Auto Masters, we understand that having a car is essential to your daily life. We offer FREE RENTAL CARS to our customers to use during the repair of their vehicle at no additional expense. Auto Masters are the only collision repair facilities in the Wichita area to offer FREE RENTAL CARS to our customers! We're happy to make arrangements to pick up your vehicle and bring it to our repair facility. We'll also give you a lift home or to the office if necessary.

Is the repair of my vehicle guaranteed?
Yes it is! This represents advanced automotive refinish technology. Whether you own a domestic or import vehicle, this system provides extremely accurate color matches and long-lasting durability. These advanced Sherwin-Willians refinishing products are applied by a trained and certified Paint Technician. If any covered defects, such as peeling, cracking, crazing, extensive loss of gloss, color fading, color chalking, or moisture blistering, appear within the covered period as a result of material failure or workmanship, we will correct the problem.

Will the new paint match the old paint on my car?
Yes!! Auto Masters uses only the finest Sherwin Williams Automotive paint. We take pride matching the color on your car through tinting and blending techniques to ensure a good paint match. This is an additional procedure in the repair to ensure top quality work.

How long will it take to repair my car?
The time it will take to repair your vehicle is determined by the severity of the damages. Auto Masters will make the repair in as short a time as possible; however, we will not compromise our quality standards for the sake of time. You will remember the quality.

How can I pay for the repairs?
Auto Masters tries to make payment as easy as possible. We accept properly-endorsed insurance checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, debit, pre-approved personal checks, and cash.

What if my insurance company is paying for the repairs?
Auto Masters is performing these repairs for you, our customer. We provide you and your insurance company with an itemized bill for the repairs. Full payment of your deductible is expected when you receive and are satisfied with your car. We will accept direct payment from your insurance company if a commitment is given to us from the insurance company prior to the release of the vehicle.

Am I responsible for any charges above my insurance company estimate?
The estimate your insurance company gives you, is just that, an estimate. When the vehicle undergoes repairs the repair facility occasionally finds additional damage. It is our duty to contact your insurance company and get approval for the additional repairs needed.
