This program allows for immediate repair of your car at Auto Masters which, because of our reputation of excellent workmanship and competitive prices, has been designated as a shop where repairs are authorized before the car is inspected by your insurance representative.

Here's how direct repair works:

After being involved in an accident, call your Agent or local claims office. If you choose one of the shops on the direct repair list, your claim is sent electronically to the shop.

An estimate then comes back to the claims office and, with your approval, the shop begins repairs-sometimes even the same day.

When the vehicle is repaired, you pay any applicable deductibles from your auto policy directly to the shop, and the remainder of the bill is sent to your insurance company for payment.

That's it, you're done.
