Dear Auto Masters,

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your services. I usually hate having to get anything done to my car. It's such a hassle! Having a car accident is bad enough without having to deal with my insurance company, getting repair estimates, getting my wreck to a shop, find a way to get around while my car is in the shop. Then there's the worry of Did I pick the right shop? Do they do quality work or is this just the one my insurance company gets a good deal at?

But with Auto Masters, I didn't have to worry about any of that! I called my insurance company and they said you were a direct repair shop. Which I learned meant that because of your reputation of excellent workmanship and competitive prices, I could just take my car to you, without having to drive all over town to get 3 estimates and hope that the lowest one wasn't at the worst place. That just made it so easy! I brought my car in, you contacted my insurance company and got my car in right away! While is was in the shop you even gave me a FREE rental car. So my life didn't have to stop just because my car did.

When I got the car back, I was surprised. It looked great! I couldn't even tell where your paint job ended and mine started, and I looked! It was quality work and done so quickly!
I just wanted to thank you guys for making this experience easy. Hopefully I won't have any more wrecks, but if I do, I coming back to Auto Masters.
